TRADING POLICY-Nutscene 1922

Nutscene have been supplying gardeners with quality products since 1922.

The company which owns the Sheila Maid™ brand have steadily established a reputation for quality and reliability. Our relationship with our customers is all-important to us.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
In the unlikely event that the product you purchase from us is in any way faulty, damaged, or has missing items please contact us within 7 working days of receipt. Where shortage or damage occurs the delivery note must be endorsed accordingly. Similarily please contact us if your package has failed to arrive within the expected estimated time. We shall acknowledge your complaint within a maximum of 2 working days.

In all cases, please state your name, postcode, invoice/order number and email address or telephone
number.

COOLING OFF PERIOD
We comply with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Customers have the right to cancel their order for any reason for up to seven working days following the day on which they receive the goods from us. Provided the customer despatches the goods back to us within that period unopened and in good condition we shall within 30 days refund in full, the purchase price paid by the customer. The customer will however, be responsible for all postage costs incurred.

Nothing in the above affects your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws currently applicable in the United Kingdom.
