UK Mainland Delivery Rates
The delivery charges quoted are for delivery to addresses in the mainland UK.
Small Package - £4.95 - (UK mainland only)
Large Package (e.g Sheila Maid®) - £9.25 - SPECIAL OFFER 2012 - Orders over £90.00 - Free P&P
Large Package (e.g Sheila Maid) - Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland - please contact us for a quote. Large packages are generally sent by courier and will require a signature on receipt.
We will aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, during busy period delivery can take up to 14 days.
European and International Deliveries
We deliver worldwide - Please contact us for a prompt quote. Please note our website is unable to calculate overseas shipping costs.
Rates are variable, therefere once you inform us what your desired order is, we can obtain a precise quote for you. Quotes will always be in UK Sterling.

Generally, small packages are dispatched using First Class service, Royal Mail.
Medium sized packages may be sent by Royal Mail or courier, depending on the weight & dimensions of your order.
Large packages are sent by courier and should be with you within 48 hours (working days) of dispatch, (UK mainland). We aim to dispatch within 7 working days. During busier periods this may take a little longer, and we will post any relevant information on this page.
Need to Return Goods?
In the unlikely event that the product you purchase from us is in any way faulty, damaged, or has missing items please contact us within 7 working days of receipt. Where shortage or damage occurs the courier's delivery note must be endorsed accordingly. Similarily please contact us if your package has failed to arrive within the expected estimated time. We shall acknowledge your complaint within a maximum of 2 working days.
In all cases, please state your name, postcode, invoice/order number and email address or telephone
number.
Please note that any goods that are returned to us wihin the stipulated timescale that are not being returned for the reasons stated above,(e.g are unsuitable) must then be returned in the same condition received in, and at the purchaser's own cost before any refund is issued.
